Great service and waiting for kid has improvement
After about 30 months as patients at Ortho 360, I can honestly say we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every single member of the team was wonderful! The office team was always so welcoming, friendly, organized, and professional. And the orthodontic assistants were especially incredible. They were always caring, professional, and knowledgeable and made every visit feel comfortable and positive for my daughter. Dr. Henry is truly exceptional! He always took the time to speak directly to my daughter, call her by her name, ask how she was doing, and make sure everything was going well with her treatment. That personal attention meant so much to us and made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and families. We are so grateful for the care, support, and beautiful results. I highly recommend Ortho 360 and especially Dr. Henry to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that is both highly skilled and genuinely caring.

We’ve had such a great experience at ortho360 - specifically the 38th st location! Everyone from the front office staff, the orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Henry (we’ve only seen Dr. Henry, though I’m positive Dr. Burgess is equally awesome) are nothing less than amazing! They run a tight ship and have made it so convenient to get in and out of appointments, overcome any insurance hurdles, or just simply to reach out and receive a quick response. In fact, their ability to communicate so efficiently is one the many reasons we love this practice! My son has been going to this office since he was 7 (he’s 10 now), and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly, highly recommend. Bonus - they have the best music playing and fun monthly raffles!
Love Ortho360 and highly recommend them! I’ve been here for my Invisalign treatment for almost two years, and they’ve been amazing to work with as an adult patient. Dr. Henry is very professional and experienced, and he made the treatment plan feel simple and stress-free. Valerie, Kayley, and Lindsey are wonderful and have helped me so much. Everyone was so kind from beginning to end. I got Invisalign, it’s my first time ever getting orthodontic treatment, and they made it extremely easy. The whole process has been seamless, no complaints at all. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know!
We are fairly new patients but so far our experience has been extremely positive. The office admins are so easy to reach either by phone, text or email. They respond in a timely manner. The staff is great with my children. So kind, patient, explain everything and have answers for all of our questions. They are great at putting nerves at ease too. We chose this practice because they were highly recommended by our dentist, pediatric dentist and a handful of other families. The location is so convenient for us too being in central Austin.
