Absolutely amazing experience! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They were right on time, which I really appreciated, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The procedure was completely painless, and the dentist was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. I have been a patient at Oxnard Dentistry for several years and, until now, I had never experienced any problems. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went in for my routine dental cleaning, expecting to receive the regular cleaning that my dental insurance covers. Instead, after taking a new set of X-rays, I was told that I needed a Prophy Jet cleaning that was not covered by my insurance and would cost me an additional $200 out of pocket. I explained that I simply wanted the standard cleaning that my insurance pays for, but I was told they would not clean my teeth unless I agreed to the more expensive Prophy Jet treatment. What makes this even more frustrating is that at my last cleaning about a year ago, I was told my teeth looked beautiful, that I had very little plaque buildup, and that they were impressed with how well I had taken care of my teeth. So it was surprising to suddenly be told that I could not receive a basic cleaning without paying for an upgraded service. It left me feeling like I was being pressured into paying for a procedure that may not have been necessary rather than receiving the preventive care my insurance already covers. I left without having my teeth cleaned at all, despite taking time off work and keeping my appointment. This experience was very disappointing, and unless this office changes its approach, I will be looking for a dental practice that respects patients’ treatment choices and doesn’t make them feel pressured into paying for additional services.

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The girls at the front desk and the assistant were very pleasant to interact with. The dentist was kind and took her time to explain everything to me. I am glad I found a new dentist I want to stick with.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I really enjoyed my experience each time I’ve visited this Dental Office. The staff are extremely kind and understanding. Dr. Keisha is so patient and kind. The staff never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t absolutely need and no questions were left unanswered. Give them a try if you’re looking for a new dentist; as someone who has had bad experiences with other practices overcharging and rundown waiting rooms, I highly recommend this office! They keep the office spotless and always follow up with me if they need more information. Thank you Dr. Keihani and Staff!

This clinic is milking you out…Beware! They are pushy on letting me buy a mouth guard. I told them I need fillings since that the affected areas are sensitive to cold, however they will only do the fillings if I buy the mouth guard…..The lady told me that if I won’t buy the mouth guard it would be considered as cosmetic and I have to pay the full amount coz I don’t have cavities yet….Apparently , she is telling me that I have to have cavity first before they can put the fillings….That is so ridiculous!!! It just shows that this clinic is greedy for money…If your a good dental clinic you will do your best to prevent your patient from cavities…..I even told the doctor, I’ve been to high end clinics before but they don’t ask me to buy a mouthguard before fillings…This clinic is a total scam….If you say yes to all they say, you will just waste your money and its not just hundreds its thousand or more….Never going back….if there’s a -1 star I would choose that…!

I always get treated nice at Oxnard Dentistry and I always get reminders via text for my upcoming appointments. The hygienist Agua was so kind and professional. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s always clean, and I never have to wait more than I have to.

Professionals that make it painless. The doctor's techniques for performing injections and cavity repair it truly painless. The best care I've ever received. I was nervous to have my wisdom teeth extracted. My previous experience with these doctors reassured me I was receiving the best care possible. My wisdom where extracted painlessly and faster than I expected! The only location I recommend to anyone anywhere.

The good people of Oxnard Dentistry extracted an infected, troublesome tooth. They walked me thru the process of getting some care coverage to ease my financial strain, they dealt with me as I was probably at my most-suffering and painful points of my life, and they did it all so gently and with tremendous fellowship and heart. Special "big ups" go to the incomparable Dr. Orna. She is the perfect blend of talent/skill and dental chair-side manner. I especially appreciated her efforts to tell me exactly what she was going to do about the problem, and how she was going to make it happen. She did so, with a compassionate manner and sweet smile. I have no beef with my old dental care folks, but the ladies of Oxnard Dentistry earned my patronage going forward. My advice: it'd be a mistake not to make them your dental care specialists. I think the prices are too high. $650 for a mouth guard is crazy. The workers are nice, I forget the name of the dental hygienist that helped me but she was really holistic and smart. She definitely deserves a raise. The front desk ladies are nice too but very bleak. I’m sorry, but it’s true. I mean .. that price is crazy. Plus they’re adding a 8.33% up charge on the next cleaning … idk .. I get 3, maybe 4% .. but +8% is just greedy ……..
