Dr Basiri and his team are fantastic. I had an issue with a filling and was able to get in and everything was fixed right away. Everything was as smooth as possible and as someone whose dealt with traumatic dental experiences in the past, I felt very comfortable. There is a bit of a wait for cleaning appointments but they do a great job getting you in!
Horrible customer service from the front disc, NO Courtesy and not so good at explaining things or listening to patient !! Doctor is nice
Great clinic that was flexible with getting me in for appointments. Front desk staff are kind, respectful, and always create a comfortable atmosphere. I saw both Dr. Bassiri and a fill in dentist, both were considerate and checked in with me throughout the exams and procedures. They did a great job!
First and foremost I want to say that this Dentistry has been a great experience for me and my two kids. I really want to thank my dental assistant that takes care of me Mrs Brittany. As an 42-year-old man I am still not fond of the dentist. But Mrs. Brittany has made every experience so easy for me as well as my daughter. So if you're looking for a good dentist office I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Bassiri is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, and the office is clean. My son needed to be seen by a dentist, and they scheduled him right away even though we are out of town. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great family oriented dentist. 5 stars across the board!!
