Just a quick note. My wife went in for an exam with Dr. Bakian. He recommended a skin graft procedure for my wife. But, instead of making another appointment. He did the procedure 20 minutes later. Said it would take 45 minutes. It took 20 minutes. Dr, Bakian and he staff were professional, kind, gentle. Explained everything he was doing in detail. Made sure we understood the after visit protocols. Gave us his cell phone number. I texted him the next day about something. He answered immediately!! Thank you Dr. Bakian. Thank you Pomona Dentristry!!

Cassandra was amazing!! She handled with care and made the visit to re-cement my temporary crown painless. Thank you Cassandra!

They where awesome. Love the doctor that took care of my surgical extraction. She made me feel comfortable. I was nervous with anxiety, but the staff where helpful including the dr. Awamleh. Highly recommended. Thank you again

I had a great experience at my Pomona Dentistry appointment. Marlene, my dental hygienist, was excellent. She was very gentle throughout the cleaning, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was professional, kind, and thorough without making the visit feel rushed. Dr. Awamleh was also very professional and reassuring. She took the time to check everything carefully and made the appointment feel calm and well organized. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive both Marlene and Dr. Awamleh were. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this office.

She was very thorough during my cleaning, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had an absolutely incredible experience at this dental office, truly beyond anything I’ve ever encountered! From the moment I spoke to Jose on the phone, he went above and beyond. He not only made me feel welcome, but he actually got me into the office the same day! He was so friendly, guiding me through all the paperwork and connecting directly with my dental insurance so that everything was seamless. When I met Dr. Awamleh, she was phenomenal so kind, gentle, and reassuring. She not only walked me through every step of the process, but also created a personalized care plan for my teeth, giving me detailed, easy-to-follow guidance for the future. And on top of all that, the facility was spotless every surface, the restroom, everything was pristine. The whole environment was calming and professional. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I will absolutely be coming back. I can’t recommend this office enough to anyone in the area! Thank you both so much!!! ☺️☺️

I went in as a new patient and it was my first time going to this dental office. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very nice. I was initially assisted and checked by Dr. La who was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with explaining things. Dr. La helped with fixing a tooth that was chipped and then recommended for me to have a deep cleaning, which I was then assisted by Marlene. Marlene was awesome. This was my first time getting a deep teeth cleaning and was not familiar with the process at all. Marlene was very patient and attentive. She would ask me how I was doing constantly and consistently though out the process. She also made me feel comfortable by taking to me during the process, which made everything smoother and made time pass by really fast. Overall a great experience with Dr. La and Marlene

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. Having neglected my teeth for years now, I was not looking forward to the deep cleanings that they were due. My nerves were high to start, so it was incredibly lucky that I had Marlene as my hygienist. Right off the jump, she was ready to rock and roll, and did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable, informed, and, most importantly, walking out with clean teeth. I’m not typically one to lose his marbles when dealing with stressful medical/dental procedures, but I’ve had not too great experiences in the past. Not this time though, Marlene and the team at Pomona Dentistry really took care of me, and have earned another loyal customer. Thank you so much everyone! Today I visited Pomona Dentistry and was super pleased! Dr. Awamleh, Miguel, and Marlena all were above and beyond with care, concern, and addressing any issues. Dr. Awamleh is professional, experienced, and was honest with the situation of my teeth, and created a future plan for me. I look forward to all my visits with her and her team. For those of you that don’t like going to the dentist, like me, rest assured. This facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Marlena as a professional hygienist cleaned my teeth without any problems, and gave me some tips. She was patient and her friendly, nice to talk with. I felt safe with her, as she put me at ease with her skills. As soon as I called to make an appointment, Miguel took care of me. He’s very sharp, connected with my insurance, and got me an appointment the same day. Additionally, he assisted me in getting a form filled. I’m very happy with this location, and plan to keep coming and bringing my son!
