At Poulton Dental Care we are able to provide all aspects of cosmetic dental treatment in Poulton-le-Fylde, to patients from Poulton, Blackpool and across the Fylde coast. We always aim to provide "minimally invasive" dentistry and will try to provide the most effective cosmetic treatment which also maintains as much of your natural tooth as possible, using techniques such as composite bonding, tooth whitening and teeth straightening procedures. If indicated we are also able to offer alternatives such as porcelain veneers, crowns or bridgework, and are happy to discuss all options available. Mark qualified from Liverpool University in 2003 with BDS (Hons) with a distinction in oral medicine. He has worked as a general dental practitioner on the Fylde coast since qualification in Poulton and St Annes. In 2007, Mark gained his MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons Mark is involved in teaching and supervising UCLAN dental students at Blackpool Dental Education Centre. He also undertakes appraisals of fellow dentists across the Lancashire region. Kelly trained at the Liverpool School of Dental Hygiene and qualified in 2002. Before this she gained her NEBDN qualification in dental nursing. She has undertaken various courses since qualification to expand her scope of practice and is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Kelly particularly enjoys treating and educating children and helping anxious patients. As a director of the practice, Kelly has managerial responsibilities and you may find her on reception as well as in surgery where she will be happy to help you. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, running, zumba, the gym and baking. Mark has completed a year long training programme in placing and restoring Biohorizon Dental Implants. In his spare time Mark enjoys swimming, cycling, the gym, watching football and spending time with his family.
