About Precision Dentistry
Precision Dentistry is a general and family dental practice at 8850 Columbia 100 Parkway, handling routine care and more involved procedures under one roof rather than splitting patients across specialists. That range covers a child's first cleaning, a parent's chipped crown, and the kind of toothache that shows up on a Sunday and won't wait until Monday. The practice treats patients across ages, which matters if you've been booking separate offices for kids and adults, or bouncing between a family dentist and a specialist every time something more than a cleaning comes up.
Day-to-day work covers the basics: cleanings, fillings for a cavity caught early, and crowns for a tooth that's cracked or worn down. When decay reaches the nerve, root canal treatment clears out the infected tissue and keeps the tooth in place instead of removing it; extractions are for teeth that can't be saved. Bridges fill in a missing tooth by anchoring to the two beside it, and gum disease treatment steps in when cleanings alone aren't enough. Whitening and cosmetic dentistry work come after the functional issues are settled. Emergency slots stay open for the toothache that won't hold until next week, with pricing that leans toward affordable rather than premium.
If you're the kind of patient who's gone years between cleanings, or you're pushing through a toothache hoping it fades on its own, this is a practice that treats the overdue checkup and the same-day problem without making you choose which one you are.
Cost comes down to what's wrong: a routine cleaning and a same-day filling land at one end of the range, a bridge or a root canal at the other, and a real price comes only after the practice has looked at the tooth in question. What stays constant is the range of problems handled without a referral: decay, gum disease, a missing tooth, a chipped crown, or pain that shows up outside a convenient hour. Precision Dentistry suits patients who'd rather have one office track a problem from the first filling through whatever it turns into, rather than starting over with someone new each time.
Precision Dentistry is a general and family dental practice on Columbia 100 Parkway in Columbia, Maryland, covering cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and emergency visits for patients of any age.

Everyone is very polite, been going here for more than 6 years, won’t change my dentist ever!
Very efficient with a pleasant atmosphere. A thorough dental appointment and meticulous cleaning.
Everyone is very pleasant. But I guess the best thing is that they do such a good job.
I had not seen a dentist since 2016 and was very nervous and hesitant for my first visit to this office back in oct 2025. But they were so kind and compassionate! I had 1 cavity which was fixed in December by Dr. Wayson. I just came back last week for my 6 month appt and saw the angelic and wise Christina Wolfe again for a routine cleaning. A+ Dr Wayson looked at my teeth and was very thorough in addressing all of my questions. I am so relieved to have found these kind, gentle, competent people. If you're afraid of the dentist and or you have mouth problems I recommend this dentist. They have state of the art equipment and everything is sanitary and efficient. Great place
I made an appointment for my six month cleaning and was immediately impressed with the office. They have all of the latest equipment to get the best picture of your dental health. Christina was very gentle with my cleaning and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gol was very prompt (no waiting around like most dentists offices!) and professional. He asked questions to better understand my dental history and was able to immediately identify and address two issues that my previous dentist missed. They got me a new night guard within one week of my appointment, and I really appreciated that they showed me the cost of all procedures based on my insurance before moving forward with anything. I’m honestly looking forward to returning in six months for my next appointment!
I absolutely love going to this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a wonderful, friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Gol is truly outstanding. He takes his time with each patient, making sure everything is explained clearly and that you never feel rushed. His attention to detail and genuine care really set him apart. The entire experience is always smooth, professional, and pleasant. It’s not often you can say you enjoy going to the dentist, but this office makes it easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
This was my 1st visit. I hate going to the dentist, but I can honestly say this was the least stressful dentist visit I've had in 10-12 years. Everyone was welcoming and polite as expected, the office is clean, and they didn't keep me waiting too long. I have this thing (I'm sure I'm not the only one) when laying back like like you do in a dental chair water and saliva pools at the throat/trach, even with the suction, and the gag reflex kicks in. It feels like I'm going to choke. The Hygienist pulled back very often which allowed me to swallow each time (I didn't have to ask her to she just did). I really appreciated that, and there was no pain. The biggest reason I'll go back is because the Dentist gave me reasonable advice. He basically said, if it's not causing you pain, and there aren't any other issues, like infection, etc.. then why mess with it. He didn't try to pile up the procedures. My last dentist recommended I get "all" of my filings replaced because I'd had them awhile, but only 1 of them was failing. The dentist before that suggested all of the fillings should be be root canals... The advise I was given today, is what I believe is a common sense approach to dental care. That's why I'm going back.
This was my first time at Precision Dentistry and I had such a great experience that I had to write a review. I found them from an ad I saw on IG and I'm so glad I did!!! The office is absolutely beautiful with so much natural light and an amazing view of Columbia. The entire staff was so nice and very friendly so I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was also given so much helpful info about my dental plan. I would 100% recommend Precision Dentistry.
