Clean office Dr. Is very nice Office staff is very gossipy. Kinda funny how you mention you are moving to your hygenist and by the time you make it up front…the receptionist says “I guess you won’t need another appointment since you are moving”🤣 I was referred out to an oral surgeon’s office by Dr. Nelson for a problem with an implant that Dr. Nelson did not place. (I feel) Dr. Nelson could have handled this but he referred me out. My bite was truly messed up by this oral surgeon and ended up costing me a lot of money at a local prosthodontics office…not to mention…me biting the inside of my cheek with every bite I took for 6 weeks. I did reach out to this office (they were my primary dentist at the time) a couple of times during all of this. I don’t blame Dr. Nelson for not wanting to do anything at that point…for fear of making things worse but his long time assistant actually asked me if I was better and then actually told me to not be so emotional when I cried after showing her my raw, bloody insides of my cheeks. I will never forget that.
I trust Dr. Nelson and his staff and appreciate them very much! They take good care of you! I highly recommend them!
I love this dentist office, the staff are amazing and friendly, the assistants are great and make u always feel welcome with comfort and conversation. I love that there's hardly a wait time at all and the place is immaculate! I recommend this dental office to everyone I know:) The hygienists are so thorough and I trust them and feel extremely comfortable in their care knowing they are a confident group of experienced workers. Both dentists I've seen are caring and they take their time getting to know you as a person and are highly concerned about taking care of their patience needs. I love this place and Wouldn't go anywhere else:)❤️
Salmon Creek Family Dental is fantastic. Let me just say I was extremely nervous seeing a dentist as it had been a while. I cannot express enough just how friendly, professional, and welcoming this dentist office is. The staff is phenomenal and polite, and Dr. Nelson himself is just fantastic. He was very gentle with my sensitive teeth, updated me what he was doing frequently, and answered any questions I had. I have had a fear of the dentist for many years but this place is like finding an unknown gem of a restaurant that you only want to tell your close friends about! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist!
