I called to ask if a possible tooth infection could complicate upcoming eye surgery. I was seen that day, diagnosed, an extraction scheduled, which gave adequate time for antibiotics and safety. I've a history with some of the doctors and always received friendly and excellent care.
My first time to SL Family Dental, zero wait time, Dr spent an appropriate amount of time discussing what should be done. I did a crown on a rear molar, and the Dr spent a good deal of time designing the crown, then fed the result to a milling machine. When that was done, he adjusted the bite maybe 8 times to get it perfect. No temp. crown, no return visit. Everything was perfect !
Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things but this office is different. From the moment I walked in the door the people were all friendly and helpful. The X-rays, the exam, the cleaning and everything else was all quickly, painlessly and professionally done. Dr. Theurer and Hygienist Jessica are professional, efficient, warm and friendly. They use state-of-the-art equipment and enjoy focusing on their patient’s health. All staff members are responsive, proficient, and organized. They communicate well with each other and with the patients. They anticipate one’s every need and I experience no waiting time. The whole clinic provides a warm and welcoming environment.
I moved from out of state and had a terrible experience with another dentistry. I did heavy online review research and found Dr. Clark’s office. I’ve now had my two appointments for 2025 and have had a great experience both times. Super friendly staff, great office with easy parking, and Dr. Clark is one of the kindest around. Would 100% recommend for anyone as their local trusted dentist.
