Terrible and Disorganized service had confirmed my appointment last week and when I arrived I had to wait more than 40 minutes to be seen because there was no confirmation in the system for you who have an appointment to do other things this is not the place because they are messy even though there is almost no one to be seen. I'm already a customer !!!😣. I complained at reception and they said the room was still occupied and I needed to save it

DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t waste your time or risk your teeth. This office is poorly managed and unprofessional. They scheduled my appointment for 10:00 a.m., yet I wouldn’t have been seen until 12:00 p.m. On top of that, they cancel appointments without notifying patients. I called three weeks in advance, rearranged my schedule, drove to the office, and waited—only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and no one bothered to inform me. The clinic is disorganized, not particularly clean, and the staff is rude. There are many dental offices nearby that charge slightly more but offer far better service, organization, and basic courtesy. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend. Mario, Debbie, and the dentist were great ! Great customer service. I do not like going to the dentist and they changed that for me.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from this clinic!!! Over a month ago, I called to schedule a teeth cleaning appointment and specifically inquired about weekend options. The staff assured me that August 12th was available and suitable for the procedure. Today, I arrive at the clinic on time, even amidst heavy rain. To my utter disbelief, the clinic was closed upon my arrival. I waited for half an hour, hoping for some communication or staff presence, but there was none. This incident reflects poorly on the clinic's professionalism and respect for patients' time. I had been anticipating this appointment for over a month and went out of my way to ensure I was present, only to find the clinic unprepared and inaccessible. They just forgot they have appointments today! If you don't want to waste your time as me, just give up this terrible clinic.
