I was so impressed with Southfield Family Dental Center! The staff was welcoming, caring, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctors took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about my experience. What really amazed me was learning that they offer sedation dentistry for patients of all ages...including children and individuals with special needs.. I had no idea a dental office could provide that level of care. It's such an incredible service for anyone who struggles with dental anxiety, has special healthcare needs, or needs extensive treatment done comfortably. It's reassuring to know there's a practice that truly makes quality dental care accessible to everyone. I highly recommend Southfield Family Dental Center to anyone looking for compassionate, professional dental care!

The receptionist at the front is who is making it bad for this place,I had a visit with my family yesterday, I wish I had taken the name of the receptionist who had so much attitude, my husband myself and my child have the same insurance, we were all there for a cleaning ,which when I scheduled over the phone I wasn't even told that they would only do the xray on that day and I would have to reschedule for the cleaning, after the xray I was charge $35 by this rude receptionist, my husband and son who had the same service as myself was not charge,when I ask her she had an attitude, I call my insurance right there and then,my insurance told me we are fully covered hence they should not have charge me ,my insurance in turn ask me for their number and called them,my $35 was refunded,they had me and my husband scheduled for the cleaning on the next day,I end up canceling,.these receptionist making it bad for this business. My honest review.
I found a new dentist office in Southfield, the dentist office is called Southfield Family Dental Center, what an Amazing place. I needed work done on my mouth so I could have a beautiful smile at all times. Oh my goodness Dr. Oleg, and Dominwiea was sooooo Amazing, During my procedure to place my new perfect teeth in my mouth so I could have that beautiful smile, Dr. Oleg and Domiwiea his assistant, patiently explained every step, checked on my comfort, and used numbing medicine, so I didn't feel a thing, also let me mention the wonderful front office staff that gave me and every patient that arrived a wonderful energetic welcome as we all entered the office. They all were so friendly and got me in immediately I can say right on time. The office is spotless and uses modern office technology. Highly recommend this dentist office to everyone. Again The Best Dentist Office, I have visited in a long time. Thank you all, a very happy patient.
Came in for a root canal and found out I also needed a couple fillings. Dr. Gandhi was incredibly attentive the entire time, constantly checking in and even saying, “I want to make sure I’m not hurting you.” That meant a lot. Her assistants Dominka and Syed were very professional and the whole office was warm and welcoming from start to finish. I’ll definitely be a lifelong patient of Dr. Gandhi’s. Highly recommend her and Southfield Family Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
The staff was incredibly kind and patient from the moment we arrived. Our appointment was scheduled for after work, so it was later in the evening, but everyone was still so pleasant and welcoming. When I walked in and saw how full the waiting room was, I honestly thought we’d be there all night. To my surprise, the wait moved quickly, and both my son and I were called back right at our scheduled appointment times with no delay. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m so glad I chose this dental office for my family!
Today was my very first visit to this dental center and it was truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist was incredibly informative and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The hygienist was an absolute gem. She was so gentle, attentive and patient. I needed a deep cleaning and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling amazing, confident and with my teeth feeling exceptionally clean. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit and highly recommend this office.
