Professional cleanings, comprehensive examinations, and dental radiographs are scheduled at regular intervals to maintain gum health, monitor for decay, and detect oral pathology early. Consistent preventive care is the most reliable way to avoid more costly and involved dental treatment over time.

Restorative dental services are provided for patients whose examinations reveal cavities, structural damage, or failing existing restorations. Fillings and crowns are used to repair affected teeth and restore normal function. The dentist discusses restorative options with patients before scheduling any procedure, covering the expected treatment timeline and what the procedure involves.

New patients at the Boston Center for Oral Health can expect a thorough initial visit that includes review of dental and medical history, comprehensive clinical examination, and radiographs where clinically indicated. All findings are reviewed with the patient before any treatment is recommended, and a treatment plan with options is presented so patients can make informed decisions about their care.

The Commonwealth Avenue address near Kenmore Square is served by the MBTA Green Line at Kenmore Station, making the practice accessible for patients from the Fenway, Brookline, Allston, Brighton, and other neighborhoods along the Green Line. I have been going to the BCOH for close to 40 years. Dr. Moreale and staff provide great care in a welcoming environment.

Boston Dental is the greatest dentist there is. As a life long scaredy cat of the dentist (I’m super old), I have never been nervous there, I love going. It is clean, friendly, attentive, and just wonderful. All the staff is incredible. It is always a wonderful experience. Hands-down, Boston Dental in Seaport is the place to go! Ps…. I can’t wait for my next cleaning

Best switch I made. If you want to be treated like a patient and not a bill this is the spot. Very nice nonjudgmental and empathetic people! I spoke to Dr. Nicole grassias and Dr Christine and they were two of the most understanding people I have met! After multiple failed dentist They were the only ones who told me the truth which is all I ever asked. Instead of sticking a needles and saying I need a root canal like everyone else they look into the core issue and took my medical history serious. I am proud to make this my new home. For all the misunderstood people going to bad dental companies this is the place that gives hope. Shout out to the front desk for amazing service and explanation of charges. Everyone is so attentive and sweet. I also spoke to someone named Ashley who not only was patient but very reassuring when booking. I do not regret coming and honestly knew I wish about it sooner

The team at BCOH seems to take its tone from Dr. Morreale. They are consistently compassionate, congenial, and informed about current research and practice. Communication with patients is stellar! This has been our family dental go-to for decades. I am grateful for their care.

My dream team was back in partnership for me and my teeth yesterday! 5 stars plus for Dr.Gracias whose skill, knowledge and communication are all top notch. And to CARLOS the hygienist—best one I have ever had work on my teeth. Calm, patient, deft and thoughtful. My teeth feel loved rather than attacked—and very very shiny and clean. Thank you both!!! Boston Center for Oral Health rocks!!

Dr. Morreale changed my life with the Sleep Appliance mouth guard that he made for me. My nights were sleepless and I even tried a CPAP with little to no success. After I told him about this he immediately put me in the chair to make the sleep appliance. I went from waking up 15x a night to sleeping almost entirely through the night. His staff is phenomenal and made the correct adjustments to put me in the best position for success. If you have problems sleeping and have sleep apnea, don’t wait any longer because you are putting yourself at risk every night. Reach out to Dr. Morreale’s office, Boston Center for Oral Health at 400 commonwealth ave Boston Ma.

Dr. Carmine and Dr. Marine are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel safe, heard, and cared for. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern go far beyond just doing their job. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and treated me with so much respect and compassion. It’s rare to find doctors who care this deeply about their patients. I’m extremely grateful for him and highly recommend Dr. Carmine to anyone looking for doctor who truly have heart!
