Thank you Dr Tobon. Usually in my past I'm uncomfortable going to the Dentist. I wish to extend to the entire saff at Gables family Dental for the comfortable feeling I have on every visit. And Dr Tobon for the professional appearance, and comfortable feeling I receive in the chair you give to me on every visit. This is not your typical dentist clinic in Miami. From start to end they were wonderful. I went in for a full treatment plan, Jackie was responsible for my cleaning so tentive while cleanning my teeth how I was feeling through it all. Suggested ceratin dental routine I should keep up for my type to avoid serious situations. Dr. Tobon, saw me next was honest regarding what work I needed to do explained the steps I had to take and why. The pervious dentist I went to was not trying to save my tooth but completely extract the tooth.I'm excited to continue my dental journey at this clinic with an amazing team. The prior clinic did not make feel as such and I do not regret making the change, you won't regret it either!!
Dr. Tobon and his whole team were excellent medical professionals. I had a semi-annual check up and questions about a dental implant. They patiently listened to my questions and addressed my concerns. They do what is necessary and what is helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable walking into this office and feel I am in good hands with Dr. Tobon, Kelly, the hygienist, and Ana, the expert about insurance policy.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Tobon for many, many years and I trust him… The level of care he provide is top notch even when I involuntarily cried (I hate needles) yes as an adult hahahaha, he made me laugh. He listened to me when others weren’t really listening what’s actually going on and follow up with it. I would recommend him over and over because he’s amazing. All the staff at Gables Family Dental, it does feel like a family. I live in West Sunrise now and I still drive down south; that right there should tell you a lot. Thank you for always taking care of me. ☺️
