Walked into TSD today with the intention of only enquiring about the pricing of their services and to make an appointment for the future, but surprisingly they could slot me in right away. I was slightly nervous and embarrassed as it’s been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist, but thankfully Dr Baik was so kind and reassuring. Throughout the scaling which was painful due to years of plague buildup, Dr Baik gave me lots of words of encouragement which helped a lot. Looking forward to my next appt in 6 months!

I used to dread dental cleaning because of my phobia — for the past 1–2 years, every visit to dental clinic left me anxious, tense, and even in tears. I thought I must have unusually sensitive teeth since the pain felt unbearable, and my last attempt ended with me stopping halfway. That experience pushed me to search for alternatives, and I came across glowing reviews of Dr Tan. Few weeks ago, I gathered the courage to book an appointment with Dr Tan and I am so glad I did. Dr Tan truly cast magic — her skills in cleaning are gentle yet thorough and I barely felt any discomfort except at a few sensitive spots. For the first time, I didn’t tense up or cry during treatment. I walked out stress free, having completed the entire process without fear. Thank you, Dr Tan, for understanding patients struggles and making dental cleaning no longer a nightmare. You have turned what used to be my most dreaded appointment into a calm and positive experience.

I had a terrible toothache for the past few days and was unable to rest well. I’m thankful I made the right decision to book an appointment with TSD again, after my last visit a few years ago. The counter staff was very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and when I arrived at the clinic. I was attended to by Dr Tan Yi Jun, who is a very patient and professional dentist. She reassured me many times and took the time to walk me through my dental condition clearly. Using the X-ray scans, she explained the different treatment options in a very understandable way. As I have a low pain threshold, she also made sure to inform me before each step so I would not be startled by any pressure or discomfort. She did an excellent job treating my tooth decay and I finally managed to rest well after many sleepless nights. I no longer had to keep waking up to brush my teeth in an attempt to ease the severe pain. It was truly a reassuring and pleasant experience with her. Thank you, Dr Tan!

Went to remove my wisdom tooth. Dr Tan Yi Jun was very nice and comforting, and kept me calm by telling what she was going to do each step. Also checked in to see if I was feeling okay. The whole surgery was fast and went so smoothly. So thankful for the whole experience. The nurses were also very nice and friendly. Would definitely come back here again! 🥰

I have been going regularly for my visit here at TSD Dental in Tampines. I always see Dr Edwin, and he is very professional and gives really good advise especially since I encounter sensitive teeth. Ploy, the dentist assitance is very sweet and effecient and KT the receptionist is always very friendly and keeps up with scheduling appointments and giving reminders in a timely manner. I definitely recommend anyone is the East side to come here.

I had a great experience at TSD Dental Clinic in Tampines Central! I called in last minute and was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in for an appointment on the same day. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I went in for a cleaning service, which cost $200. To top it off, they even gave me two free travel-sized toothpastes as a nice parting gift. Highly recommend them if you're looking for efficient and friendly dental care in the area!

I went to TSD Tampines for wisdom tooth extraction, attended by Dr Edwin. I was welcomed by the receptionist, Katie. She was sweet and polite. Right after X-ray, Dr Edwin explained what was going on and recommended other procedures that I may need to do due to my oral conditions. The extraction and deep cleaning went smoothly and quick. I'm looking forward to visit the clinic again for other procedures. Make sure you call them before coming, the clinic is quite packed with patients. The prices are on a higher side, but I don't mind, knowing that I'm in good hands of the doctors and nurses. Recommended 👍🏻

Did my dental cleaning and filling with Dr Edwin today and everything was smooth, quick, and efficient. My gums didn’t bleed as much compared to other clinics I went before. Really happy with the experience. Thank you, TSD team!

A big thanks to Dr Edwin, Admin Hui Ten, Dr Janice and for making my first wisdom tooth surgery so comforting and safe! They are all so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. When I felt scared or uncomfortable, the doctors encouraged me and comforted me throughout and I felt like a little girl being encouraged by their parents. 🤣 Dr Edwin also made sure I understood the whole process and asked that I am okay with my decision and the pros and cons of doing each treatment. They are also very transparent with their pricing and the surgery was medisave claimable as well as being able to use CDC for other treatment! Will definitely recommend them and have them as my main dental clinic! ❤️

Had my upper and lower wisdom teeth removed here. I was very anxious before the procedure, but Dr Chan Sin Yin was incredibly gentle, patient, and calming, which really helped put me at ease. Everything was clearly explained and I felt well taken care of throughout. The staff were kind and professional. Truly grateful for such a reassuring experience — highly recommend!
