I give it 5 stars because from the first day I went, Francheska treated me with super professionalism and respect, and helped me a lot with everything I needed. She even contacted my orthopedist's office. Excellent professional! Thank you so much! Likewise to Juan and the other young woman. I recommend this place 100%.

I highly recommend the Brandon location of Westcoast Brace & Limb that has been quite accommodating to me, both by telephone and in person, as we worked together to achieve Bilateral Ankle Foot Orthoses to help this 73 yr-old walk normally again. Both Franchesca and Dawn in the front office were always pleasant and helpful. Walt showed me immense patience in walking with and without orthoses in several types of shoes and made meaningful suggestions.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend to any individual. This place is the upmost best and finest place to be Francesca and Walt are absolutely professional they make you feel at home my brace fits accurately thank you Walt for everything you’ve done advise me on as far as me recovering from my stroke the drop foot Physical Therapy thank you for all your information. I had no idea about if you go to this place. I recommend you talk to Walt. All of them are exceptionally awesome, but I have my experience with Walt. He’s the best to me cover all my needs questions concerns

Walt and Franchesca were great with helping me out with my AFO, great service and even better spirits!! I can say they make you feel welcomed and at home but even better, they give you that extra bit of push and motivation!

Our son had a stroke back in December 2025, as we worked through the process of recovery we met Walt. This guy is incredible. Walt laid out all the details to us, good, bad, things that could or couldn’t happen. He very candid and straightforward, and at this point with our son was stuff we need to hear. Walt took us through all the steps, what we needed to do with Alex’s insurance, when it gets approved and to the actual brace he needed (KAFO). Each appointment Walt was so positive and impressed with Alex’s improvement. We feel that Walt’s experience and passion for his clients made the brace process so easy, but watching Alex’s face beaming with excitement wearing his new brace was priceless. The people at Westcoast Brace & Limb in Brandon are truly life changers! My son (33) had a stroke and was confined to a wheelchair. Our first meeting with Walt gave us hope. He took so much time with us, explaining how the body works and giving us tips on how to help his progress. His recommendation of a stand up walker was a real game changer. Walt truly cares about his patients and understands the importance of a strong support system as he involved all of us in the process. I so appreciate his expertise and his candor. He gave us practical feedback while still being encouraging. We felt so much better after our first visit. When the brace came in and we went for our final fitting it was like night and day. My son stood straight up and took those first confident steps. Soon he was almost running across the room. The brace itself fit perfectly and is very high quality. But what really sets this place apart is their exceptional staff. Everyone from Francesca and Amy in the office to our own personal angel Walt, was so nice and accommodating. This journey of stroke recovery has been very hard on my son and our family. But the amazing people at Westcoast Brace & Limb have made our lives better, and for that we are eternally grateful.
