About White Spruce Dental

On East Henrietta Road in Rochester, White Spruce Dental works as a general practice with a strong restorative, surgical, and cosmetic focus. Everyday care has its place here, but the office is clearly built for the more involved work, rebuilding worn or missing teeth and handling the procedures that often send patients to a specialist elsewhere.

The restorative and surgical side gives the practice its depth. The team places dental implants and performs oral surgery in-house, builds crowns and bridges, and takes on full mouth rehabilitation for patients restoring a worn or failing bite. CAD/CAM dental restorations support efficient, well-fitted restorations, while gum disease treatment protects the foundation of bone and tissue underneath. For patients dealing with jaw pain, clicking, or tension, TMJ/TMD treatment addresses concerns that reach beyond the teeth themselves, and sedation dentistry helps keep longer or more anxious appointments comfortable.

Cosmetic and orthodontic options give patients ways to refine alongside repair. Teeth whitening brightens dulled teeth, veneers reshape and refine the front of a smile, and Invisalign offers a discreet path to straighter teeth for those bothered by alignment. Having these alongside the restorative work lets patients pursue both function and appearance with a single team rather than splitting their care.

That combination makes White Spruce Dental a fit for patients with substantial needs, implant and full-rehabilitation candidates needing surgical capability on site, those managing a nagging jaw through TMJ care, and anyone wanting cosmetic refinement from a practice that can also handle complex restorative cases. Emergency dentistry covers sudden breaks and pain. For Rochester residents near East Henrietta Road who want comprehensive restorative, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry under one roof, White Spruce Dental offers a well-equipped practice built to take on more than routine maintenance while still attending to everyday care. The mix of full mouth rehabilitation, oral surgery, CAD/CAM restorations, and TMJ care makes the practice well suited to involved cases, and with Invisalign and veneers available for refinement, White Spruce Dental gives East Henrietta Road patients a place equipped to handle both the heavy rebuilding and the finishing touches of a smile.

White Spruce Dental, on East Henrietta Road in Rochester, pairs restorative and cosmetic work, crowns and bridges, implants, oral surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, and CAD/CAM restorations, with Invisalign, veneers, and sedation dentistry. TMJ/TMD treatment and gum disease care round it out for patients wanting comprehensive treatment in one office.

It’s disappointing when an establishment chooses to mishandle a situation involving a child with autism and then responds by refusing to serve the family after receiving a negative review. Instead of showing empathy, taking accountability, or simply apologizing for how their staff handled the situation, they chose to focus on the fact that the experience was shared publicly. Being told “we no longer want to service you because you blasted us to the world” says a lot about their priorities. A professional business should be willing to acknowledge when mistakes are made, especially when it involves a child and a family who trusted them. Reviews exist for customers to share honest experiences, and criticism should be met with accountability—not retaliation. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service.

My son has been a patient at this dental office for quite some time, and we’ve usually had positive experiences, especially with his regular dental hygienist. However, today’s visit was extremely disappointing. My son has special needs, and consistency and familiarity are very important for his comfort and cooperation during appointments. Despite this, he was assigned a different hygienist without any prior notice or consideration for his needs. On top of that, we were made to wait while another patient who arrived after us was taken ahead of him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology at the time. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the only response I received was, “we dropped the ball,” which felt dismissive and did not address the situation in a meaningful way. This entire experience showed a lack of communication, sensitivity, and respect for my son’s needs. I truly hope this office takes feedback like this seriously and makes improvements, especially when it comes to accommodating patients with special needs.

I went here for the first time a few days ago and everyone there was extremely nice. I am not originally from around this area and was nervous for my first appointment but they made everything very comfortable. They were quick and very professional.

I switched to White Spruce after a recommendation from someone very close to me and I’m so glad I did!! This is a truly wonderful clinic with the most dedicated, trained, and caring staff. Sherri goes above and beyond as a dental hygienist and I will never see anyone else if I can help it. She is truly the best hygienist and such a wonderful person. The clinic is so clean and provides a comfortable vibe. I absolutely love this dentist office!
