I am very happy with how Dr Kalsi has transformed my teeth within the last 2 years and I am surprised on how she fixed my teeth from looking bad to very good. At first I thought my teeth would never be saved but the staff at Willowbrook dental practice are so kind and welcoming and helped me shape my teeth and I am extremely happy with my results.

My experience at this orthodontic practice has been excellent for my braces treatment. The staff are polite and the dentists are professional and very friendly. They always made me feel at ease during my braces appointments and clearly explained the process and options. I am very pleased with the results and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

possibly the Worst place i could ever recommend! every single appointment cancelled leaving your child with broken braces for months and will cancel ten minutes before you arrive, rude receptionist who doesn’t have a clue how to speak up on the phone. have had to go elsewhere to fix the damage this place has caused and have been told the braces they put on was doing more harm than good due to broken wires/braces and lack of care they was providing. my child’s braces was on for double amount of time 5YEARS! with no plan in place or even going 8 months with no appointment due to orthodontist just not turning up, from start to finish it has been dreadful would not recommend as having to pay to get braces removed elsewhere!

Such an incredibly great practice. From the lovely and welcoming staff at reception to the Dr’s that see during appointments. I’m also really impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the the assisting orthodontists.
