We follow a philosophy called ‘Daughters Test’ to help our clinicians decide on a suitable course of treatment. It is simple, it asks the question ‘Knowing what I know about this patient and what this procedure would involve to the teeth or patient in the long term, would I carry out this procedure on my own daughter or child’s teeth? Or would I have this treatment carried out on my own teeth? If the answer is no, this will immediately prompt a rethink of the proposed plan. If the answer is yes, we would then suggest and proceed with the treatment if you are in agreement

• Uppon arrival at the surgery, patients have temperature checked, and will be prompted to wash their hands
• Fewer patients are seen, allowing greater time to decontaminate and dininfect surgeries
• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for staff and the safest working protocols available to minimise the risk of infection
